How we identify website visitors
When you visit this site we use a tracking script and cookies to collect information about your visit: your IP address, the pages you view, the site you arrived from, and your approximate location. We pass that information to our visitor-identification provider, which compares it against its own database of business contact records.
Where it finds a match we receive personal information about you that you did not give us directly - usually your name, work email address, employer, job title and professional profile links. We use it to contact you about our products and services, and we store it in our sales and marketing systems.
Under some privacy laws this counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, or as targeted advertising. You can stop it at any time - see Your choices.
What we collect
What you give us when you book a call - your name, work email, company website, phone number, and a few questions about your business - plus standard analytics like pages viewed and device type, and the identification described above. We keep it for as long as we are in touch and for three years after, then only enough to remember not to contact you again.
We also record your visit and can play it back: the pages in the order you saw them, where you scrolled, where the cursor went, what you clicked. What you TYPE is not captured - the recorder masks form fields, so the answers you enter when booking never reach the recording.
The scripts on this site set cookies to make this work. You can block them in your browser settings; the site still works, though the identification above stops working without them.
Your choices
Stop the identification. Email velev@gtmrevenue.com with the subject “Do not sell or share” and we will suppress you. No reason or account needed.
See, correct or delete what we hold. Same address, answered within one month.
Stop hearing from us. Reply to any email from us asking to be removed, or use the unsubscribe link.
